About thirty photos and articles of the family of 10 children of Paul Archambault, married in Saint-Césaire on March 7, 1848 to Marie Ménard and of the family of 13 children of their son Lucien married in Saint-Césaire to Marie-Anne Gareau on November 18, 1872, will be displayed for the occasion.
This large family from Saint-Césaire settled in West Warwick, R.I., in 1888.
The Archambault family was legendary on West Rhodes Island and was the only French single-parent family in the entire state. Marie Ménard wife of Paul Archambault, was one of the most honorable French women in West Warwick.
